The website provides general information about SHM services and a preliminary assessment tool. It is not professional, financial or legal advice and it is not a binding service offer.
Assessments and meeting requests
An automated first-pass plan is indicative only. A requested discovery-call time is not confirmed until SHM accepts it and sends the meeting details.
Proposals and fees
No work starts until the responsibilities, timing, commencement fee and delivery or ongoing management fee are agreed in writing. Any later proposal or service agreement takes precedence over general website information.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but services, project stages and website functionality may change. External links are provided for convenience and are governed by the destination provider.
