  • Cooperation from the client is withheld.

All termination or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business, technical, or personal information shared during the engagement.
 SHM does not share or sell client data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and tools created or provided by SHM (including website designs, marketing assets, and SOPs) remain the property of SHM unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 Clients may use delivered materials for their own property operations, but may not resell or redistribute them.

9. Limitation of Liability

While SHM strives to deliver professional and accurate services, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses,

  • Service interruptions due to natural disasters or third-party systems,

  • Client misuse of provided systems or recommendations.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
